I'm a day behind on my daily creations! So I'm doing a quick post about a thought I had. I saw this illustration and it made me think of all the noises that a a factory in a cartoon land might make and how you might write those out... so here are my brainstorms. Has me thinking of some creative illustrations for these words, too. Say them outloud. That's fun, as well.

So all this data art and visualization sent me on a rabbit trail of other sites where you can create artworks online. I love it. Here are some fun websites to explore:

• Asciiomatic (pictures made with letters and shapes - pretty interesting)
• ImaginationCubed (records what you create and plays it back for you - a neat feature)
• Websites as graphs (my visualizations are shown below)
• Wordle (like tag clouds, but more visually interesting and with any text —my creations are below as well)
• And my favorite of all: Dreamlines at www.solaas.com.ar  (Explanation is here. Mesmorizing, huh?)
