I created some line drawings a while back. One included this woman with rain around her. I found it today and thought I'd recycle her and create a simple digital illustration that used her. So here she is, "Mona in the Rain." (BTW, Art Painting Week has taken a detour... it will continue soon...)
Photoshop watercolor layers and an idea about windows... hasn't become much... but here is my creation for today.
Today I finished up the little houses that I started way back on Day 52! (http://thethirtythird.posterous.com/day-52-little-houses-watercolor-sketch-st.... If you may remember Paul Soupiset (of http://soupiset.com) suggested this idea and per my promise it's his to keep. After scanning it in, it'll be on its way to you, Paul.
Thought I'd start a theme for a week or so to give me something to think about each day. Constraints sometimes make one even more creative. Today I started with... Viola... Number 1! (I did the watercolor background a while back...)
Roger and the Sock Monkey go on Safari... for Illustration Friday (http://www.illustrationfriday.com) this week. This is my first "IF" submission, yea!
Very quick watercolor pencil and watercolor sketch of the side of a building near Big Creek, Kentucky (the first town I lived in after I was born). Watercolor pencils take more time to work with than I really allotted here...
