Day 193: Nuns with Sweets

I have a habit of starring off at walls and floors and windows... you think I'm just glazing over but really I'm looking for the animals, creatures, aliens, and monsters living in the walls and carpet. I started seeing images and pictures in my ceiling patterns as a child as I lied in bed, and to this day, I enjoy finding little things in the shadows and bumps of fabric, wallpaper, wall plaster, and carpet pile. Today I took a look at the wall in my room. Here's what I found (with an image of the wall I found them on):
Happy Easter! Here are a few more wooden Easter eggs. They are painted with acrylic inks, India inks, and water color pencils.
I have three more eggs that still need designs. What should I paint on them? If you have an idea, put it in the comments below. If I like your idea and use it, I'll send you the egg I create. Really.
On the airplane returning from our trip to India last summer 2010, I used watercolor pencils to create a little sketch of a moment I remembered there. Four women dressed brightly in saris sauntered down a long dirt walkway next to a field of sunflowers probably after a long day of work. I had to capture it! Six months later, I've brought it into Photoshop to touch it up a bit, add some color, and play around with some paintbrushes and watercolor effects. Here's the final product (and my original).
