Day 198: Star Folks
Some little star folks: with funny hats, with snorkeling gear, and an angel. I see an animated cartoon being made of these.
My husband on two different styles, and some corded peripherals.
I have a habit of starring off at walls and floors and windows... you think I'm just glazing over but really I'm looking for the animals, creatures, aliens, and monsters living in the walls and carpet. I started seeing images and pictures in my ceiling patterns as a child as I lied in bed, and to this day, I enjoy finding little things in the shadows and bumps of fabric, wallpaper, wall plaster, and carpet pile. Today I took a look at the wall in my room. Here's what I found (with an image of the wall I found them on):
I just started drawing on a used CD envelope the other day and really was enjoying the new medium of how pen and ink lays down on this wierd material. I've also been thinking about monsters. Put the two together and "Viola!"... a green monster on cellophane. I'm going to have to use this ink and cellophane drawing again sometime soon. It's really fun.
