Day 186: New Year Morning Muffins

Starting the new year off right with amazing apple, cranberry, carrot muffins. I also experimented and found out it works great to bake muffins in ramekins - The perfect single serving muffin dish!

Day 178: Christmas Cardamom Cookies

Mmm. Just in time for Christmas. Christmas always has me craving cardamom as well as peace and goodwill to everyone. :) These are Ginger Cardamom Cookies with Lemon Sugar Icing.
